Reservation and Check-In Procedure:
- Interested individuals will contact a Sales Manager or Online Sales Concierge by email, web request, or phone.
- The Sales Manager or Online Sales Concierge will introduce you to our Community Lifestyle Director to setup your visit.
- The Community Lifestyle Director will email you details about your visit including check-in time, check-out time, and a general outline of your stay.
- You are responsible for establishing your own travel arrangements.
- Please mail a check for $129 for your stay to the Community Lifestyle Director, payable to Toll Brothers, Inc. The check must be received at least one week prior to the first day of your visit.
- Upon arrival, you will meet a Regency team member at the Sales Center to receive your key and a Welcome Package during your check-in time.
Experience Regency Details:
- You will meet with a Sales Manager on your first day to receive an introduction to Regency at Damonte Ranch and a personal guided tour of our nine models.
- The Community Lifestyle Director will take you to lunch on your first day and give you an overview of the planned community amenities and lifestyle.
- You will meet one of our Regency Ambassadors to receive a Toll Brothers homeowner perspective and have the opportunity to ask questions about the home buying process and the Reno area from a peer.
- You will meet a Regency team member at your guest house at the outlined check-out time to return keys and take inventory of the home.
