Costs and Conditions:
The cost of the guest houses will be $129 for a two-night stay. Additional charges may apply to cover extra cleaning fees if needed. Nightly charges and fees will be credited at settlement if an agreement of sale is executed within 90 days of stay. Travel expenses, including flight, will be credited at settlement: up to $2,000 USD for travel within the United States and up to $4,000 USD for travel outside the United States, if an agreement of sale is executed within 90 days of Experience Regency stay.
Reservation and Check-In Procedure:
- Interested individuals will contact a Sales Manager or Online Sales Concierge through email, web request, or by phone.
- A Sales Manager will assist you in setting up your visit.
- The Sales Manager will email you details about your visit including check-in time, check-out time, and a general outline of their stay.
- You are responsible for establishing your own travel arrangements.
- Please mail a check for $129. The check must be received at least one week prior to the first day of your visit.
Check should be made payable to Toll Brothers and mailed to: 1140 N. Town Center Drive #250 Las Vegas, NV 89144 Attn: Experience Regency. - Upon arrival, you will meet a Regency team member at the sales center to receive your key and a Welcome Package.
Experience Regency Details:
- You will meet with a Sales Manager to receive an introduction to Regency at Summerlin® and a personal guided tour of our nine models.
- The Community Lifestyle Director will bring you to lunch and give you an overview of the planned community amenities and lifestyle.
- You will meet one of our Regency Ambassadors to receive a Toll Brothers homeowner perspective and have the opportunity to ask questions about the home buying process and the Summerlin® area from a peer.
- You will meet a Regency team member at your guest house at the outlined check-out time to return keys and take inventory of the home.
