IMPORTANT: Message for Toll Brothers customers affected by Hurricane Harvey

Our Houston Division Office will reopen today, Friday, September 1.

 

In the wake of this historic storm, it is important to Toll Brothers that we stay in communication with our homeowners.

Your Safety - If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency response lines. If you have access to a radio, television, or other device, use them to stay informed about public emergency messages.

Your Home - If your home has sustained damage as a result of Hurricane Harvey, assess the need to file a claim with your homeowners insurance provider, your flood insurance provider, or both as soon as possible. To contact FEMA, call 800-621-FEMA. 

For homeowners who have purchased their home within the past 12 months, please review the Toll Brothers Limited Warranty in full. Toll Brothers stands behind the quality construction of its homes, however, extreme weather conditions are not included in the Warranty. Inquiries about your Warranty coverage should be made by logging into your customer service account at My Toll Home to complete a customer service request.


Due to this unprecedented event, we will be working to respond to customer service requests as quickly as possible, with the most critical situations taking priority position.

If you are currently under contract to purchase a Toll Brothers home, please be advised that our project managers and senior leadership team are in the process of assessing each community and home site to determine remediation needs. A representative from our team will contact each individual homeowner with your home site’s current status by the end of day on Friday, September 1. If you are displaced, and cannot be reached on your preferred method of contact, please email your community Sales Manager to provide alternate contact information.
